## 1. Services Offered

## 2. Nature of Services
### 2.1 Psychic Readings & Mediumship
- Psychic readings and mediumship sessions are provided for **spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only**
- Readings are based on intuitive impressions and connection with Spirit
- **We do not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or results**
- Readings are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or psychological)
- You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for decisions made based on information received during sessions
- As a medium, I cannot control which spirits come through during mediumship sessions. You agree to accept whoever appears with an open heart.
### 2.2 Life Coaching
- Coaching is **not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment**
- Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented
- Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health conditions
- If you are experiencing severe mental health issues, suicidal ideation, or psychological crisis, you must work with a licensed mental health professional
- You are responsible for implementing any strategies discussed and for your own results
- **We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching programs**
### 2.3 Energy Healing
- Energy healing is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical care
- Energy work does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- You should continue working with licensed medical professionals for health concerns
- You acknowledge that energy healing may bring up emotions or memories during the healing process

## 3. Client Responsibilities
By booking services with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information for scheduling
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions (in-person or virtual)
- Be present, engaged, and committed to the process
- Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
- Be honest and open during sessions
- Complete any assigned practices or exercises between sessions (for coaching programs)
- Maintain confidentiality about other clients if participating in group settings
- Treat Lindsey and all staff with respect

## 4. Payment Terms
### 4.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Current pricing is available on our website
### 4.2 Payment Methods
- We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods provided through our payment processors (ThriveCart, PayPal, Stripe, Acuity Scheduling)
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
### 4.3 Payment Plans
- Payment plans are available for select programs (e.g., 12-week coaching)
- Missed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received
- Continued non-payment will result in program termination without refund of previous payments

## 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
### 5.1 Client Cancellations
- **24-Hour Notice Required:** You must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session
- **Late Cancellations:** Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be **forfeited** and cannot be rescheduled or refunded
- **No-Shows:** If you miss a scheduled session without notice, that session is **forfeited** with no makeup session or refund
- **Emergency Exceptions:** In cases of genuine emergency (medical, family), we may allow rescheduling at our sole discretion
### 5.2 Provider Cancellations
- If we must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible
- You will be offered an alternative time or a full refund for that session

## 6. Refund Policy
### 6.1 No Refunds
- **All sales are final**
- Once you book a session or enroll in a program, your payment is **non-refundable**
- This applies to all services: readings, coaching programs, and digital products
### 6.2 Why No Refunds
- Due to the personalized, time-sensitive nature of our work
- Once you receive spiritual guidance or coaching, the service has been delivered
- Calendar spots are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be resold
### 6.3 Exceptions
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service
- If a technical issue on our end prevents you from receiving your service
- Refunds are granted at our sole discretion

## 7. Program Pause Policy
### 7.1 Coaching Programs
- If you need to pause your coaching program due to emergency circumstances (medical, family), please contact us immediately
- We may allow a pause of up to **30 days** on a case-by-case basis
- Extended pauses or program interruptions do not entitle you to a refund
- Unused sessions do not roll over indefinitely

- You agree not to record sessions without prior written consent
### 8.3 Testimonials
- We may request permission to use anonymized testimonials
- All identifying details will be changed or removed
- You may decline without any impact on services

## 9. Limitation of Liability
### 9.1 No Guarantees
- We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or predictions from any services
- You acknowledge that psychic readings, mediumship, and coaching are subjective and interpretive
- Results depend on many factors, including your own commitment and actions
### 9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
- Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied
- We do not warrant that services will meet your specific expectations
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on information received during sessions
### 9.3 Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

- Our services are **not a substitute** for:

## 10. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with you if:
- You are disrespectful, abusive, or threatening to us or our staff

- Working camera and microphone (for video sessions)
- A private, quiet space for sessions
- We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent or interrupt sessions
### 12.2 Technical Difficulties
- If technical issues on our end prevent a session, we will reschedule or provide a refund for that session
- If technical issues on your end prevent a session, our standard cancellation policy applies

- If you are under 18, you may only book with written parental consent

By booking services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Spiritual work, energy healing, and deep personal transformation can bring up difficult emotions, memories, or realizations
- You may experience discomfort during the process of growth and change
- You assume full responsibility for your emotional and psychological well-being
- You will seek appropriate professional support if needed (therapist, doctor, etc.)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lindsey Alexandra from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.
